Player health and safety are our top priorities. All coaches are first-aid trained to handle minor injuries, and we strictly follow the National Environment Agency (NEA) rain, haze, and lightning warning system (LWS) guidelines.
Rain and Lightning: Training continues in rain unless the LWS is activated or the pitch becomes unsafe. Coaches will update the chat group 30 minutes before training regarding conditions. Training resumes only when it is safe.
Haze: Training stops if the PSI level exceeds 150. Coaches provide updates 45 minutes before sessions.
These measures ensure parents receive timely updates while prioritizing player safety above all.

We accept kids from age 4. Our age-specific groups run from 4 to 16 — every child trains with their peers.

We train at SJI International School (Toa Payoh), SkyPark Arena (Holland Village), and Tanglin Rugby Club (Novena). Full details on our Locations page. Venues can change depending on availabilities.

Yes. We welcome beginners. Coaches place each child in a group where they can learn and gain confidence from day one.

Yes. Our football classes are open to boys and girls aged 5 to 17, in supportive and inclusive training groups.
